Based on rules (skills, location, availability, vendor contracts), Servy assigns the ticket to a technician or vendor and notifies them via mobile app.

Execute with OpsForms

The technician or vendor executes the job using OpsForms checklists, logging time, parts, readings, photos and outcomes against the ticket.

Escalate automatically

If SLAs are breached or tickets are not actioned in time, Servy escalates to the next level as configured — without manual follow-up needed.

Close & learn

Closed tickets capture cause codes and resolution data. Reports show SLA performance, vendor scores, repeat issues and cost per asset.
